I'm halfway drifted away

girl they tried to turn into a boy

only an imbecile

only a shattered adolescent
could be wishing on a stupid star

I'm wordier with much less to say
but like his "he-man's solid bliss"
only a fool could understand how I feel today

I'm no mentalist
ask any clown
the less I have up there
the less there is to dumb-down

I'm in rapture
almost blown away
only a shit-for-brains could understand
